Frequently asked questions
This documentation can be submitted to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement, depending on your plan and coverage. We recommend contacting your insurance company in advance to understand their policies on out-of-network reimbursement.
Our providers have a base rate for each type of service:
- Telehealth visits: $100
- In-person visits: $200
- DOT exams: $200
Please note that this pricing is for the provider's time and expertise during the visit. Additional costs for lab work, prescriptions, or other testing are not included and will be billed separately.

Telehealth is a convenient option for many urgent care needs. At Seacoast Collaborative Health, we can address a variety of concerns through telehealth appointments, including:
- Minor illnesses, such as colds, flu, and sinus infections
- Sore throat or suspected strep throat
- Skin concerns, like rashes, eczema, or minor infections
- Mild allergic reactions
- Urinary tract infections (UTIs)
- Conjunctivitis (pink eye)
- Medication refills (when appropriate)
- General health advice and recommendations
If your concern requires in-person evaluation or testing, our provider will guide you on the best next steps.
Deciding whether to visit your primary care provider (PCP) or an urgent care service depends on the nature of your health concern. Here’s a guide to help you decide:
Visit Your Primary Care Provider (PCP) If:
- You need routine check-ups, physical exams, or preventive care.
- You want to address ongoing health issues, like diabetes, hypertension, or other chronic conditions.
- You require referrals to specialists or long-term health planning.
- You have non-urgent questions about medications, lab results, or treatment options.
Choose Urgent Care If:
- You have an acute illness or injury that needs prompt attention but isn’t life-threatening (e.g., flu, minor cuts, or sprains).
- You experience symptoms that require fast treatment, such as a UTI, pink eye, or severe sore throat.
- You need care when your PCP is unavailable (e.g., after hours or weekends).
- You’re experiencing a new health concern that doesn’t require a specialist’s care.
Our providers focus on addressing urgent care needs and do not serve as a replacement for your primary care provider. For medication refills, we encourage you to contact your PCP, who can provide the ongoing care and monitoring necessary for long-term prescriptions. If your need is urgent and falls within the scope of our services, we may be able to assist temporarily, but we recommend following up with your PCP for continued care.
